Simon Tracey brings 25+ years of automotive experience, gained across both retail and training & development roles. Beginning as a Sales Executive, Simon built his career through Business Manager, Sales Manager and Dealer Principal roles before moving across to Training & Consultancy. 

Working as Sales Training & Development Consultant for a major brand group honed Simon's instructional design and delivery skills. 

Moving on to a Programme Manager role with the same group developed further his team management skills as he delivered through his team a hugely successful dealer performance improvement coaching project.

As an Independent Consultant, working across a variety of projects for major manufacturer, finance company and dealer group clients in the UK, Europe, USA, Middle East and Asia Pacific, he has delivered innovative solutions, world class training & consultancy with demonstrable results across all disciplines, and cemented his reputation as the first person to call when you need to effect change.

Simon will complete a MSc in Strategic Automotive Management from Loughborough University in 2018.  He is also an IMI Accredited Assessor (Finance and Insurance), and motoTCS are SAF Approved.
